Meet Our Administrative Team

Lilianne Bidwell

Director
Lilianne is our Shelter Director and oversees the daily operations of the shelter. Her main goal is to ensure every animal receives the best environment and care possible. She is also diligent in making sure our caregivers are well-versed in the needs of each furry friend that comes through our doors. Funding and donations are a top priority so the shelter can continue being a safe, supportive place for animals seeking their forever homes.

Lilianne lives in Wisconsin, is married, and has a daughter (Anneliese), two dogs, and two cats. When she’s not working, you can find her putting together puzzles, tending her fish tank and houseplants, or spending time with friends and family.

Anneliese Lemberger

Medical Advisor and Foster & Transport Coordinator
Anneliese is our medical advisor and the foster and transport coordinator. She has a rescue dog, Nico, that’s been by her side since 2020. Anneliese has a passion for helping animals of all kinds. She has a small farmette with chickens. She previously has cared for a calf, kittens, puppies, and a lamb, bottle feeding them all.

She lives with her boyfriend who also has a black lab, Izzy. When Anneliese isn’t at the shelter she works full time at the local veterinary clinic.

Scarlett Herkert

Head Administrator and Adoptions Coordinator
Scarlett is our Head Admin and oversees the day-to-day operations of the shelter. Whether it’s helping our animals find their new families or coordinating community programs with FOA and other shelters, she keeps everything running smoothly.

When she’s not at the shelter, Scarlett enjoys spending time with her family and continuing her college studies.
